SITE MANAGER - PV PLANTS

The Site Manager has following tasks and responsibilities for the PV farm: Supervision of the planning and the executions of the construction aspects Full responsibility of the activities of Service and/or O&M for the farm. Trainee of the employees on site. Establishing the project organisation and staffing the project team in co-operation with the Project Manager Representing the company towards: sub contractors, insurance companies, government authorities, etc. Responsible of HSSE activities
The ideal candidate: - is a technically minded person with technical (Electrical) Degree or diploma; - is confident in dealing with people at all levels and is able to adapt to a wide range of tasks and situations; - has at least 3 - 5 years experience in the same role; - is self confident, has a strong character and a pro-active attitude; - has good team-working and organizational skills; - (as a plus) he has a basic knowledge and appreciation of the technical aspects driving the PV industry; - Good English knowledge is qualifying
